Luke Dwayne Cardiel, a undergraduate student at OSU, who is selected from our partnership Oklahoma Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (OK-LSAMP) program to join the DigiCARES project, has been recognized as an ECE Miller Research Scholar, based on his research proposal under Dr. Ying Zhang’s advising.
